"Rating was higher initially but im receiving repeated calls to " set up an appointment to review your policy" and " rate me, help me meet my review quota" on my emails. Service is good and prices seem resonable but they are on a marketing push for 5 star reviews."

We do offer policy review appointments so customers can confirm their coverage fits their needs, find any gaps, and avoid surprises at claim time. We also encourage customers to leave reviews so we can understand how we’re doing and improve where needed.
That said, I completely understand that repeated outreach can feel excessive. I’m going to reassess our follow-up process to ensure we’re reaching out appropriately and not overwhelming customers with additional requests.
